Melbourne Museum — Campaigns

Since 2005, Clear has worked with the marketing team and studio at Melbourne Museum designing, strategising and implementing a range of campaign creative for major exhibitions and key events. In 2007, Clear worked on the rebrand of the governing organisationMuseum Victoriadefining the marque and visual language to represent the networked organisation across Melbourne Museum, Scienceworks, Immigration Museum and Royal Exhibition Building. The Wonders of Ancient Mesopotamia was an exhibition developed with British Museum, containing over 170 incredible artefacts dating back some 3500 years. Melbourne Museum briefed Clear to resolve the exhibition name and to help create a visual identity. Working with Museum Victoria’s internal design studio and Sydney-based illustrators We Buy Your Kids, Clear directed the creation of a modern interpretation of a landscape and civilisation that is many thousands of years old. A Day In Pompeii, an exhibition depicting daily life in one of the world’s most extraordinary cities, proved to be a highly successful exhibition smashing national records for visitation. Clear worked alongside the Marketing Team to develop and execute an extensive awareness campaign across a broad range of channels.
