NewActon Nishi—designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects—has won multiple architectural awards including ‘International Project of the Year’ at the 2015 Building Awards in London. The NewActon precinct won Australian Institute of Architects Walter Burley Griffin Award for Urban Design in 2015. At the core of this creative was the need to prove the credentials of Canberra’s most sustainable building. From self-heating and cooling to the amenity of the surrounding NewActon precinct, Clear worked as image makers to create visual expressions of the building’s guiding principles. The sales campaign was informed by the brand strategy, which distilled the desire to ‘live in a way that matters’.
