Located in Cranbourne, Victoria, this flagship land sales development by Wolfdene brings the Brompton community together through innovative community amenity and inspired onsite activation. Clear carefully crafted the strategic vision and brand positioning to ensure Brompton has a unique vibrancy that connects to buyers and positively disrupts the category. Informed by our brand strategy insights, an 18-month collaboration between Wolfdene, Oculus, Craig Tan Architects and Clear saw the realisation of the Brompton pavilion comprising of a sales suite, cafe, children’s garden, amphitheatre and walking trails.
The brand’s unique illustrative approach—illustrated by UK based illustrator Celyn Brazier—is applied to billboards,sales brochures, builders EOI documents, press ads and website. The illustrations accurately depict the utopia of Brompton, inviting buyers to create their perfect home and community.
