A better way to lead

ByMany have been at the top of their game for close to a decade, creating cultural transformation from within corporate Australia and partnering with some of the world’s largest organisations and most dynamic teams. Their reputation rests on the calibre of their people and the depth of change they deliver.

ByMany approached Clear to pressure-test their brand position and evolve their identity to match the ambition of the business. With new team energy and an expanded agenda, it was the right moment to clarify what makes ByMany distinct and embed it in a more robust brand system.

Starting with the existing brand assets, identifying what to keep, what to lose and where to evolve. Rather than a complete reset, we turned key elements into a coherent design system and framework that could work across new platforms. Sprint-style workshops with the ByMany team surfaced the warmth and clarity of their thinking and led to a central narrative: multiple voices, one vision.

During the creation of the wordmark, we held a series of ‘wordshops’ in which the team developed hand-drawn marks that formed a collective signature—a visual shorthand for many voices contributing to a shared outcome.

The ByMany brand mark breaks from a world of digital brands and AI-led ‘insights’ through its deliberate, signature style.

It is framed by a typographic system that feels confident, conversational, and precise, and that works as well in print as on screen. A grounded, natural and tactile colour palette, together with a suite of in-house templates, ensures the brand is democratic, flexible and reflective of the ByMany personality.
