A place to settle in, rather than just settle down.

A brand with a legacy spanning more than 20 years, Manor Lakes is a masterplanned community (later named its own suburb) by Dennis Family Corporation. Over a period of 12 months, we deep dived into Manor Lakes world: interviewing our client, researching and investigating the brand archives, and travelling around the neighbourhoods to gain insight and understanding.

The outcome is a contemporary identity and design system for this established brand. An evolution, rather than revolution. A modest update to the brandmark and typographic system honoured the brand’s legacy while bringing it forward into the now. The new brand palette added warmth and inspiration, and made room for fresh new photography, to represent our people at Manor Lakes.

At its core, this is a community that prides itself on a healthy, active lifestyle. The brand imagery reflects active and engaged moments between families and friends, a window into the day-to-day of residents within the community. Within the masterplan are local neighbourhoods Lakeside and The Village, each with their own unique lifestyle offerings and imagery. Lakeside’s nature gradient photography reflects the beauty of the waterfront and wetlands. The Village features tactile paper-crafted still life and animated activations, bringing energy and joy into this bustling neighbourhood.
