Spirited minimalism meets atmospheric potency

Fiona Lynch is a world-renowned interior designer based here in Fitzroy. Her studio’s work brings rich texture and colour to enhance the living experiences of homes, hotels, retail spaces and public places. So, when we were invited to collaborate with Fiona, we jumped at the opportunity.

Over a compressed timeframe, Clear developed the name, crafted the brandmark as a natural evolution of her identity, and developed the design system to promote the pop-up gallery. The Fiona Lynch Workshop lockup is a statement piece, spirited in its minimalism. It is a foundation for core elements of colour, texture, and the artists’ and makers’ works to take prominence.

From the first exhibition in Glasshouse Lane to grander takeovers, each Workshop has become the must-see exhibition of NGV Melbourne Design Week. Examining the dialogue between art and design through an evolving array of discovered works, commissioned pieces and original designs.
