159 Coronation is a boutique work precinct located on the Brisbane River in Milton, 3km from Brisbane's CBD. This modest refurbishment led by FKArchitects for Wallum Partners, reinstates the clean lines of eighties architecture adding important environmentally sustainable design interventions. As part of the overall commission, Clear not only developed the leasing campaign, we delivered the signage and wayfinding for the precinct.
The signage is equal parts directional as it is sculptural. The geometric forms take inspiration from the building's floor plan. Contributing to the texture, scale and tone of the area.
