Wallum Partners is a privately owned Australian investment and property development company with over 35 years of experience in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. The company is built on multi-generational values and an enviable track record.

Wallum Partners spotted an opportunity in an area undergoing rejuvenation just 2 kilometres west of Brisbane’s CBD—Coronation Drive, Milton. Together with Fender Katsalidis and landscapers Oculus, they created a special place to work—a campus-style work environment with a boutique feel and considered quality. Floor-to-ceiling windows, with magnificent CBD views, let the Queensland light shine through to the terrace-style building, something rarely experienced in the area.

The campaign targets the forward-thinking, progressive business looking for larger, premium-grade office space. To represent this key target audience, we aimed towards companies in construction, IT services, engineers and planners.

Clear developed a brand strategy, identity, wayfinding, and campaign for 159 Coronation. While other local developments were relying on creating a community to sell, this project focuses on design as a key narrative for the brand. The brand’s purpose is creating a place for the motivated businesses, the determined enterprises—one that is of a high standard in location, design, and build.

The brand mark draws on the inherent forms of the building.

The hero imagery draws directly on the abundant natural light and textural materials being used in the refurbishment of the building. Seen together, these materials form a stoic composition to lead the campaign.
