159 Coronation is a new boutique work precinct located on the Brisbane River in Milton. Collaborating with Wallum Partners and Fender Katsalidis, Clear crafted 159 Coronation by developing the strategy, brand, campaign and soon to be installed wayfinding for the precinct. The hero imagery takes inspiration from abundant natural light and materials that are being added to the refurbishment of the building. These materials form a stoic composition to lead the campaign. The brand mark takes its inspiration from the inherent forms of the building and when combined create a campaign for the forward thinkers who value design, location and amenity.
